This month has been full of adventure for Pure and Simple Fitness. From Chair Yoga with seniors to mindful movement with Cincinnati Public Schools, to twisting and back bends with tacos. I’m so excited to announce this new program that Pure and Simple Fitness has created! Pure and Simple Fitness has been funded by Hamilton County to help with the execution of a new program designed to bring fun fitness, mindful movement, and nutrition guidance and meals to the youth within our community. My Son Was Having 15 Seizures a Day but Fitness Saved My Life
I remember the first time my son had a seizure. It was THEE scariest moment of my life. My heart dropped. My world stopped. Well I’ve been keeping a secret! I am currently preparing for my first Bikini Competition!!! Well…actually I will be in the Wellness category, but still in a bikini. Lol.
