    Trauma Informed. I learned so much this weekend in the Trauma Informed Yoga Training I attended. Some stuff that brought me to tears. Trauma is having things occur in your life that is out of your control. These things impact you mentally, physically, and emotionally. Neurologically too. Literally changing who you are and how you respond to situations. We think people get over things because they go on like everything is ok. But internally there are things going on that no one can see. Things that even that person impacted has no idea is going on because it’s too painful to deal with, relive it, or confront. We gotta be…
