I know a lot of us are busy people, so scheduling 1-on-1 training sessions isn’t always feasible. Then there is COVID, and the many variants that keep popping up! So I have created a Full-Body Comprehensive 4 Week Workout Plan for you! And there is a bonus… I added a cardio plan in there for FREE!

This will be a self-guided workout plan to assist you in transforming your body. These exercises can be performed at home or at a gym. You MUST do the work, to get any results!!

Please be aware that results require you to put in work. You will also need to incorporate some form of cardio with this routine as well as a balance and clean meals. Choose cardio that you enjoy. This doesn’t have to be something you dread. Look at your schedule weekly and include your workouts and cardio into each day.
