Not only is it healthy, but it’s extremely delicious!!!
And yes… I drank it out of a wine glass and felt fancy doing so. 🤣
Ingredients:
✨2 cups of vanilla almond milk
✨2 ounces of spinach
✨3/4 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt
✨1 banana
✨Couple handfuls of blueberries
✨1 tablespoon of honey
✨1 packet of Stevia
I added a little razzle dazzle:
✨Turmeric
✨Ginger
✨Cinnamon
Nutrition Facts/Macros:
405 calories
✨70g of Carbs
✨20g of Protein
✨6g of Fat
🚨Be careful with the honey if you are watching your sugar intake!🚨
