Trauma is having things occur in your life that is out of your control. These things impact you mentally, physically, and emotionally. Neurologically too. Literally changing who you are and how you respond to situations. We think people get over things because they go on like everything is ok. Huge shout out to the following volunteers and service providers who made this event a success! This is a free community event that I started in 2021 during the pandemic when many people were sedentary, gyms were shut down, and feeling connected to others felt impossible.
