It’s finally here!! Trapeze/Aerial Yoga with Ashley will begin March 4th!
Join me at Lion’s Pride Wellness Center for Aerial Yoga. We will incorporate the traditional yoga poses you have grown to love and we will add a twist, and maybe a flip too! This class is beginner and intermediate friendly and will involve core activation, upper/lower body strength, balance, and mobility.

Every Saturday at 10am
‼️IMPORTANT: WAIVER MUST BE FILLED OUT BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN CLASS. WAIVER IS BELOW.‼️
