What is 6 Week Online Program?
This is a 6 week program where we will focus on full body workouts through high intensity interval training, 2 days a week for at least 30 minutes each online via Zoom.
We will have weekly progress check ins to discuss success and areas of opportunities with Coach Ash to reach your goals.
With an optional weekly check in photo for progress. (Coach Ash will be the only one with access to photos)
SCHEDULE:
HIIT WORKOUT: Monday and Thursday at 6AM!!! Virtually. Zoom link will be emailed after registration.
DETOX??
Yes! Each month we will start off with a 5-7 day detox.
You gain access to a newly revamped detox meal guide that you can use to help jumpstart your shred!
Recommended that you follow the detox for at least 1 week. Feel free to go longer if you want. The detox is not sustainable for most, but can turn into a lifestyle. Literally!
